Very frankly, goliaths are great for any fighter build that consists of melee, but I truly feel for pure damage output and cool issue the best solution to go is definitely the samurai martial archetype. The samurai’s fighting spirit ability is by now bonkers for the two offense and survivability but put together with the goliath’s stone’s end
